Adidas Originals is revisiting its heritage with the launch of the 2000 Running collection this season. The collection features true-to-original remakes of some of the most iconic running shoes from the turn of the millennium, along with a fresh, innovative design. This collection seamlessly bridges the past and the present.

The lineup includes three unique designs, each with its own story. The newly introduced Ozmillen sneaker, inspired by the legendary Ozweego, embodies the classic aesthetics of the early 2000s. It features metallic accents, mesh uppers, and a dual-tone color scheme, all while incorporating the modern Adiplus cushioning for a nod to the future. The Response CL, another featured shoe, celebrates the adventurous spirit of the adidas archive with breathable mesh, synthetic elements, a striking two-tone color scheme, and an EVA cushioned midsole. Completing the collection is the adiStar Cushion, a standout design from the 2000s, known for its mesh upper, reflective details, metallic components, and Adiprene cushioning.

The collection’s debut is accompanied by the “Two Thousand Stories” campaign, a unique collaboration between two influential photographers. British photographer Ewan Spencer, famous since the late 90s and early 2000s, teams up with contemporary photographer Sophie Jones to engage a diverse cast in a visual dialogue spanning generations. The campaign celebrates Two Eras, Two Photographers, Two Generations, in One Campaign.

Set for release on January 22nd, the adidas Originals 2000 Running collection will be available on adidas.com, in adidas retail stores, and through select partners.
