December 09, 2025

For the first time, TOP25 Restaurants Bangkok and TOP25 Restaurants Phuket & Southern Thailand were united under one roof

hailand’s dining scene took a decisive step forward on 8 December at the Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit, as the TOP25 Restaurants Thailand Awards 2025 brought Bangkok and Southern Thailand together in a single celebration. For the first time, TOP25 Restaurants Bangkok and TOP25 Restaurants Phuket & Southern Thailand were united under one roof, creating a national snapshot of where Thai dining stands today.

More than 200 chefs, restaurateurs, hospitality leaders and media figures gathered for an evening that recognised nearly 100 restaurants across service, innovation and sustainability. Hosted by Able Wanamakok, the ceremony reflected a dining culture that has grown confident, diverse and increasingly self-aware. As Bernard Metzger, Founder of TOP25 Restaurants International, noted, the night was about more than individual wins. It marked Thailand’s evolution as a cohesive global culinary destination.
