This October, Bangkok transforms into a carnival of colour and irresistible rhythm as Dusit Thani Bangkok plays host to Bangkok Latinada 2025 – Thailand’s first and largest Latin American food and music festival.

Set against the city’s newest landmark, Dusit Arun at Central Park, with Lumpini Park as its lush backdrop, the two-day fiesta (18–19 October) promises an all-out sensory spectacle. Think a dazzling line-up of more than 20 chefs, electrifying live performances, and hands-on workshops that channel the vibrant spirit of Latin America.

From Peru to Mexico and beyond: Born in Singapore in 2018, created by husband-and-wife chefs Daniel and Tamara Chavez, Latinada has become a cultural phenomenon. Bangkok is its next high-energy stage, and gastronomy is centre spotlight.

Expect signatures such as Anticuchos de Camarón by Peruvian Andre Nweh of NóMADA Hua Hin, Aguachile de Callo y Caldo de Maiz by Venezuelan chef Carlos Rodriguez of SEEN Bangkok, and Carne Asada Tacos from Mexican maestro Mauricio Espinozaof Papi’s Tacos, Singapore.

The flavour journey continues with interactive sessions – a ceviche masterclass, taco salsa-making, mezcal margarita mixing, and even a spirited pisco sour workshop.
