At this one-of-a-kind event, a roster of prominent chefs will present a dish each, showcasing the very best of Thai ingredients and the farmers and producers who work tirelessly to bring them to your plate. This intimate and educational lunch and dinner will take place at a communal long table, limited to just 20 seats per table on 21 February 2023 at Green Garden in Chiang Mai.
The chefs participating in this event believe that it is their duty to work directly with producers, to showcase the principles of sustainable agriculture, and to create dishes that both nourish the body and support the growers.
The price for this experience is THB 4,800++ per person for lunch or dinner (excluding alcoholic drinks), and the line-up of chefs includes: Tam Chudaree Debhakam (Baan Tepa), Pam Pichaya Utharnatharm (Potong), Arnaud Dunand (Maison Dunand), Gerard Villaret (Elements), David Hartwig (IGNIV), Nick Pitt (Royalebrat), and Billy Bautista (Santiaga).
Other guest contributors, including HinLadNai Honey, Jartisann Cheese, Rynn Water, Left Hand Roasters, Intangible Bar, and Wine Citizen, will also be present to enhance the overall experience.
