Say it with a Michelin Dinner: A Romantic Michelin Dinner at Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin. At Siam Kempinski Bangkok, ignite the romance with Chef Henrik Yde-Andersen and Chef Chayawee Sutcharitchan’s Valentine’s-themed dinner menu, ‘The Six Stages of Love’. Highlights include ‘Falling in This Freezing Love’ – a granite of red tom yam, lobster sashimi, pomegranate, and lobster mayonnaise served for men and ‘My Heart is Boiling’ a warm tom yam served with red DIY noodles, lobster, and red curry foam served for women. ‘The Love of My Life is My Best Friend’ is a baked tartlet of Alaskan king crab, poached onion, yellow curry and pickled garlic, while ‘Love at First Bite’ is foie gras in Tom Kha with morel mushrooms in a flan; and more. The dinner concludes with ‘Be My Valentine’ sour cream dome, Rhubarb rose foam, lychee sorbet and crushed pink rose petals, with ‘I Love U’ petit fours. Priced at Bt 16,999++ per couple for a six-courses with a bottle of Louis Roederer French Champagne.

Dine with a view: RedSky at Centara Grand at CentralWorld is a great place to make an impression. Chef Christian Ham has an incredible four-course menu planned: Blue Crystal Prawn Bisque, Foie Gras with an apple rose, pomegranate and ginger reduction, Charcoal Grilled Wagyu Tenderloin or cod and ‘Chocolate d’Amour’ chocolate passion fruit mousse with yuzu coulis, rose jelly. At Bt 6,999++ per couple, including two glasses of G.H. Mumm Grand Cordon Champagne and a rose.

Love and IGNIV Bangkok:The sharing experience showcases IGNIV’s (St Regis Bangkok) fabulous combinations: Papaya-Chili-Lobster, Yoghurt Espuma-Cashew Ice-Kristal Caviar and Langoustine-Nage-Curry. Mains include Lamb Loin-Black Garlic-Basil and White Asparagus-Truffle-Lemon. While desserts list Hot Love-Cherry-Vanilla and Chocolate Rose-Pickled Strawberry, IGNIV’s signature Candy Store filled on the day with a selection of chocolates and fruit jellies macarons, canelés, and other desserts to enjoy at the restaurant or to take home. Bt 7,900++ per person inclusive of non-alcoholic beverages pairing.

Afternoon Tea at Paii: Opt for Afternoon Tea at Paii (W Bangkok), one of Bangkok’s most delightful restaurants. The Valentine’s Day Afternoon Tea set in collaboration with Penfolds includes baked oysters with Mekhong sauce, crab tartlets, strawberry mousse pudding, matcha and white chocolate chiffon loaf, Tarte au chocolate noir, Valentine’s Day cake pop and more. Bt 1,999++ per set includes two pots of TWG tea and two Penfolds Max’s welcome drinks.

Blue by Alain Ducasse bakes a cake: The Sweet Hearts Cake adds more than a touch of sweetness to the month of love with its hand-piped chocolate mousse covering a crunchy milk chocolate cake with a tonka bean cremeux. On the cake, repose two chocolate hearts: the white filled with mascarpone cream and white strawberry compote, the red with mascarpone cream and red strawberry compote. The “Sweet Hearts” cake is priced at Bt 3,000 net and is available through February.
